Return & Exchange Policy

At Quiblas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Visit our return portal at quiblas.com/return (link placeholder)
  2. Enter your order number and associated email or phone number.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  4. Choose your return method:
    • Ship It Back: Print a return label and drop it off at a carrier location.
    • Drop Off: Return your item in person at a supported drop-off location (if available).
  5. Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email regarding your refund or exchange.

Exchanges:
You may exchange your item for another of equal or greater value. If your new item is more expensive, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, the difference will be refunded.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping charges (including expedited and overnight) are not refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
  • Returns sent without following the proper process may not be accepted.
  • We are not responsible for non-Quiblas items mistakenly sent to us.
  • For purchases made through third-party sellers or platforms (e.g., eBay, Poshmark), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
